Her occupation is a teacher. She graduated from the Russian language and literature of the Teacher's Training Institute in Yaroslavl, named after Ushinsky K.D. She worked as a teacher and a vice-principal of science in the Pereslavl School District. Later she was a leading specialist in the Educational Department.     Since 1995 she has been working as a Scientific Advisor in scientific programs of the International Children's Computer Centre of the Program Systems Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.     She is fond of classical music.
