&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;He was born in Pereslavl-Zalessky in 1953. By profession he is a lawues. He graduated from the Russian Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He worked as a principle of the criminal-office till 1995. <br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Since january 1995 has been the director of the International Children's Computer Centre of the Program Systems Institute of the Russian Academy of Science.<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; He is fond of sports, enjoys playing football, volleyball and  table-tennis with the children from his Computer Centre. He is married, has two daughters ages 14 and 24.
