This seminar was started by Sergei Duzhin in 1988. At different times, cochairmen of the seminar were also S.Chmutov and Yu.Romanovsky. When both of them left the town, in the Autumn of 1998, the seminar was transformed into the seminar of the mathematics department of the University of Pereslavl. Unfortunately, it did not survive long...
