Explicit controllability of rolling spheres
The controllability of a sphere rolling over a plane and of a sphere
rolling over another sphere may be established by studying certain Lie
algebra conditions. We present explicit, constructive ways of
achieving the same results. We also discuss the problem of geodesic
controllability with minimal number of switches. |
