The contest will be held in two tours.

The first (distance) tour will take place in January, 1997. All the communication on this stage will be done with the use of Internet.

Winners of the first tour will be invited to the second tour in Pereslavl in April, 1997. (Sad note: we have no financial support for the second tour today).

Teams of schools and colleges are invited to participate.

The detailed rules of the contest will be discussed in relcom.education newsgroup.
