ePiX Tutorial

To compile the ePiX tutorial, do "latex tutorial.tex", or (if ePiX
is installed) "laps tutorial" to get PostScript.

If the .eepic files are missing or damaged and ePiX is installed, do

for i in *.c ; do epix $i ; done
