Installing the LucidaSO font pack with teTeX
--------------------------------------------

1) Unpack the tarball lucidaso-type1-5.2.tar.gz into your local
   texmf tree.

   Unpack the tarball lucidaso-tex-<date>.tar.gz into your local texmf
   tree; warning: unpacking fonts into the main texmf tree can overwrite
   TFM and VF files for Lucida fonts which are part of teTeX
   distribution. You could install fonts into your local texmf tree and
   make sure that it is searched before the main texmf tree.

   Remove the *.fd files from the texmf/tex/latex/lucidabr directory
   (or the whole directory) to avoid errors using this package.

2) Add a line "lucidaso.map" to the extra_module section of the `updmap'
   script; remove a record for "lucidabr.map". Then run the `updmap' script
   to re-build map files.
